Who is Drugsdirect.com?

Drugs Direct Global Ltd (DrugsDirect™) is a British owned internet pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) (1103604) in the UK and with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) as an international distance selling pharmacy; introducing the first ‘trade-price’ online pharmacy in the world that can dispense both Private Prescriptions Internationally and National Health Service (NHS) prescriptions in the United Kingdom. The company is based in Bristol, England and trade internationally as www.drugsdirect.com by way of Wholesale Dealers Licence (WDL) enabling it to buy and sell medicines for human use as well as a Wholesale Dealers Authority (WDA) enabling it to buy and sell medicines for pets. The WDL & WDA licences permit DrugsDirect to trade with other pharmacies as well as Pharmaceutical wholesale dealers in the UK & EU.

Why do I have to register?

To place an order with us you will need to create an account. As a registered online pharmacy, we have to follow the guidelines set out in the Responsible Pharmacy Act of 2008. This requires us to maintain accurate and concise customer profile records that are managed and secured within our website. All data is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will only be viewed by our pharmacist when necessary for the dispatch of an order.

Faulty Item Returns

We’re very sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Our procedure requires that you contact us so that we can provide you with a pre-paid postage label. Once we hear from you, we will give you full instructions on how to return the item to us and anything else that is necessary for us to process a return.

I haven't received my order yet!

We would like to apologise if you have not yet received your order. Our delivery guidelines state that you should receive your order in about 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. If your item does not arrive in the times quoted we would recommend that you contact us so that we can take a look at your order for you.

I have a medical exemption card/do not usually pay for prescriptions. Do I have to pay to use this service?

We are an approved provider of NHS services
This service is for the United Kingdom only. You can provide us for the reason for your exemption and you do npt have to pay for your prescriptions.
